Pamela Boyce Simms refers to herself as a Buddhist-Quaker Evolutionary Culture designer. She has worked as convenor of the Mid-Atlantic Transition Hub (MATH), and currently represents Quaker Earthcare Witness at the United Nations. New Jersey born-and-raised, Pamela's journey has included decades living in West Africa and living in a Buddhist monastery.

Spiral Dynamics was one of the tools which helped South Africa transition successfully, and Elza has dedicated years, using this tool, with the Build Palestine Initiative.

Grown out of the anti-WTO movements and with an eye to encouraging, energizing methods of spurring change, an important approach to spreading the word has been super-sized graphic creations which empower alternative story-telling. Their largest project to-date has been Mesoamerica Resiste.
