Micro-Activism & Sustainable Change: Omkari Williams

Omkari Williams

We all know that the world needs all the energy for change that we can give it, but we also know how easy it is to burn out on activism. Fortunately Omkari Williams has formulated methods of activism for the long haul, and she shares the insights and strategies in her book, Micro Activism: How You Can Make a Difference in the World without a Bullhorn. Omkari has lots of earned wisdom about the issue because of her former work as a political consultant, followed by her decades as an activism coach. Considering the approaches and factors that make activism sustainable, she helps us find which kinds of work are right for us, including the structures that can keep us energized and effective long-term.

This podcast was well done! The interviewer did a great job better than some I have seen on CNN or MSNBC.

Omkari was full of truths about today's issues in this crazy world.

Thank You to you both for speaking your truths.
