Today for Song of the Soul, Peter Phippen & Ivar Lunde, Jr., are sharing music & stories they've created together. Peter has been with us a few times before (including March 2009October 2014, and April 2019), but this is the 1st time we are welcoming Ivar. Peter is locally famous for his artistry on many types of flutes, especially Native American flutes, and for decades Ivar taught music at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, conducted multiple orchestras, and with “retirement” he built his music sanctuary & recording location called Skyline Studio. Peter & Ivar's recent recordings, including the latest, Primordial Forest, are released on Projekt Records.
