When Steve Terwilliger retired as chair of the Art & Design at UW-Eau Claire, it freed his time to focus on an environmental transformation of his home and an in-depth study of potential futures of our transportation system, a presentation he shared with many groups (incl. the local Sustainability study group, the local UU Congregation, and the Sustainable Future Fest).
