Part 2 of a visit with Si Kahn, Vivian Nesbitt, John Dillon, and a special guest, Joe Jencks, where we will looking at the musical written by Si Kahn called Mother Jones in Heaven. Viv and John perform music together in a number of ways, including their tours performing the musical. Both story and music have an incredible ability to inspire us to visualize and work for the betterment of this world, and that's what Si did in invoking the history and memory of Mother Jones, a woman who galvanized and led both support of unions and for all the common poor folk back in the late 1800s. Today's show includes some of the music from the musical, including a concluding song performed by Joe Jencks.
